Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SiteDNA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
SiteDNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our scans will identify all accessibility issues or that following our recommendations will ensure full WCAG compliance.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
